Goombas Free Pizza for a Year Sweepstakes – Official Rules

2. The Goombas Free Pizza for a Year Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Arvada, Colorado, and surrounding areas who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Goombas, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period
   The Sweepstakes begins on 04/01/2025 and ends at 11:59 PM MST on May 31, 2025 (“Entry Period”). The winner will be selected on june 1, 2025.

4. How to Enter
   Sign up for Goombas SMS marketing to receive one (1) entry.

Earn additional entries by:

• Liking and following Goombas on Facebook @ https://www.facebook.com/Goombaspizzagrinder3/

• Liking and following Goombas on Instagram @ https://www.instagram.com/explore/locations/241781065/goombas-pizza-grinder/

1 entry per platform.

Each entry must be completed before the end of the Entry Period to qualify.

1. Winner Selection & Notification
   A random drawing will be conducted on june 1, 2025, from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via text message at the phone number provided during entry.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.

The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions will be allowed.

1. Prize Details
   One (1) winner will receive free pizza for a year, consisting of one (1) sixteen-inch cheese, 2-topping, or specialty pizza per week for 52 weeks. No makeup dates will be provided if the weekly pizza is not claimed.

The winner must claim their prize in person at Goombas and may be required to provide valid ID.

   By entering, you agree to receive promotional text messages from Goombas. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform.

Goombas reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent or violates these terms.

   Your personal information will only be used for Sweepstakes administration and Goombas promotions and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

2. Agreement to Rules
   By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Goombas, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
